Dried Apple

Dried apple is the dehydrated form of fresh apples of all varieties. Fresh apples contain approximately 88% water. After the drying process, around 1 kg of dried apple is obtained from 10 kg of fresh apples. Using our state-of-the-art drying technology, the water content is removed while preserving the essence of the fruit. As a result, the nutritional values of dried apples, particularly vitamins, proteins, and carbohydrates, become significantly more concentrated.
