Initial Selection

Fruits grown in the fertile lands of Anatolia through good agricultural and organic farming practices are carefully harvested at the peak of their season. Upon arrival at our facility, the products undergo an initial quality inspection under the supervision of our expert engineers, and only the finest fruits are selected for processing.

HYGIENE

Washing and
Preparation Line

Selected products are washed without direct handling on fully automated stainless-steel production lines using ozonated and high-pressure water systems. Stem removal, pitting, and slicing processes are completed with precision while preserving the natural structure of the fruit.

TECHNOLOGY

IQF Freezing
and Drying

Prepared fruits are frozen within seconds at -40°C using Individual Quick Freezing (IQF) technology, preserving their cellular structure and nutritional value. Our dried product range is processed in specialized enclosed drying systems, ensuring natural drying without compromising aroma, flavor, or vitamins.

FINAL STAGE

Packaging
and Storage

Products that successfully pass the final quality control analyses are packaged without direct handling in retail or industrial packaging that complies with international food safety standards. Stored in our climate-controlled warehouses, they remain ready for shipment to customers around the world.
